Return & Refund

We value our customers' shopping experience. Any problems, please feel free to contact us. You can request a return and refund within 30 days by contacting us after receiving our product. Be attention that returns without prior agreement between both parties will not be accepted.

Section 1: Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before the production stage and receive a full refund via the original payment method.
  • If you cancel your order during the product production stage, a cancellation fee may apply based on specific circumstances to cover any incurred manual labor costs.
  • Once the production is completed or the order is shipped, order cancellation is not accepted. 

Section 2: Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are eligible if:
    • We accept returns within 30 days of the package's delivery date.
    • The received products differ from the ones specified in the order, such as color, size, design, etc.
    • The products received are damaged, destroyed, or distorted during transportation.
    • Returned products from the order:
      • The products are unused and in the same condition as received, without affecting resale.
      • In addition to the products, all accessories included in the package must be returned without affecting resale.
      • The original packaging bag or box must be returned without affecting resale.
  • Refunds are not applicable if:
    • 30 days after receiving the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • The products have been used. We emphasize that the products and packaging must remain in their original condition during the return.
    • The customer refuses to accept the package without valid reasons.
    • The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for any monetary or time losses resulting from this, but we will assist the customer in minimizing the loss.

Section 3: Return Process

  • Provide your order number, detailed information about the issue, and evidence (photos or videos) of damaged items/packages received.
  • Your request will be processed and confirmed via email within 2 working days. If the situation is verified, we will send you an email with the return address and refund information.
  • Please refer to the mentioned return requirements above and return the products accordingly. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Most returns or exchanges are processed within 3 working days after we receive your package. If you require a refund, it will be issued to your original payment account. If you require an exchange, we will ship your new product.

Section 4: Undelivered Refunds

  • After we inform you that the refund has been issued and you haven't received it, please follow these steps:
    • Double-check your bank account.
    • Contact your credit card issuer or banking institution, as different payment service providers have varying processing times.
    • If you have completed these steps but still haven't received the refund, please contact us via the support email. We will initiate an investigation or assist you further.

Section 5: Additional Notes

  • Returns without prior communication between both parties will not be accepted.
  • We have multiple warehouses worldwide. Contact our support email, and we will arrange the appropriate return warehouse based on your location.
  • Cash on delivery is not accepted. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee, which depends on the local logistics service provider.
  • The above return and refund policy does not apply to all custom orders that have been modified from standard styles. Custom or modified orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
